Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

What are your shipping rates?

To the United States:

  • For purchases up to $20: a domestic flat rate of $5.
  • For purchases between $20.01 and $40: a domestic flat rate of $5.75.
  • For purchases between $40.01 and $69.99: a domestic flat rate of $6.50.
  • Free shipping for purchases over $70.

To Canada:

  • For purchases up to $20: a Canadian flat rate of $8.
  • For purchases between $20.01 and $40: a Canadian flat rate of $9.
  • For purchases between $40.01 and $69.99: a Canadian flat rate of $10.
  • Free shipping for purchases over $70.

How long does the shipment take?

Orders will be shipped with 5-10 business days. We ship orders daily and do our best to have your order delivered as fast as possible. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping for now.

How long does your refund policy last?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

How can I be eligible for a refund?

Claims deemed an error on our part and that are submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received or after the estimated delivery date are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is damaged in mail, we ask for photo verification of the damaged product.

There are certain situations where no refund is granted:

  • any damaged item or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Can I exchange my products?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form and send your item to our Return Address Center.

How can I request a Refund?

1) Contact us anytime with questions on anything. We are happy to assist in choosing the right product and fit.

2) If a return is necessary, email Customer Service using our Contact form. Please include the following items in the email:

- Email address used to place the order
- Order number
- Reason for the return

3) Within 48 hours, our Customer Service Specialists will respond with return instructions as well as your Return Authorization (RA) Number.

4) Print out the Return Authorization Number. Pack all returning items with their corresponding product bags in the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a comparable box or envelope.

5) Ship your product to our Return Center Address (provided with the Return Authorization Number)

6) Once your products have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued. You will receive an automated email notification.

7) Your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
